Registering a New Student
Registration at Seneca Middle School is a collaborative effort between our Student Database Clerk, Guidance department, and the student's parent/guardian. The first step of the registration process is to complete the online portion (see buttons above). In order to complete enrollment for a student, parents need to bring the following information to the school:
- Proof of Residency (any one of the following):
- Electric Bill
- Copy of Lease
- Water Bill
- Renting or House Buying Agreement Papers
- South Carolina Immunization Certificate or Current Shot Records
- Birth Certificate
- Custody Papers (if applicable)
- Last School Year's Report Card or Transfer/Withdrawal form from previous school
- Current Standardized Test Scores
- Schedule and Grade from previous school
- Placement from previous school
Once all the information above is received then your student's schedule will be built and you will receive a call from the Guidance department letting you know your child may start. Please wait until you receive a call from Guidance before sending your child to school. If you have any questions during the registration process please call us at 864-718-5201.
